Geoff Mott |

Co-Founder

  • Seasoned executive in the strategy, marketing & financial areas of tech industry

  • Started career with the Boston Consulting Group in London, working in a variety of industries including Computing, Media

  • Started and led a high-tech consulting firm, merged it with leading west coast consultancy, providing strategy solutions for VC portfolio firms  as well as major tech players in new product/market initiatives

  • Ran digital music company reducing operating and sales costs, made the operation profitable and negotiated $72.5m financing package

  • Spent six years as a Managing Director of a venture and private equity fund, leading and supporting new deals throughout North America while managing Canadian operations

  • Most recently was CSO / CFO for a CA-based digital experience company where he oversaw revamp of the accounting systems, cut the burn rate, negotiated major client agreements, and led process to create robust project quality and profitability standards

Sleeping Partner

In the classic words of Godley and Creme, “She’s the power behind the throne.” Nora’s story is an epic tale of rags to riches, as she started out in life as one of the many silent victims of the puppy mill industry. All she needed was that first helping hand to get out of her bad situation and she has seized every opportunity with all four paws and run with it since.

Nora started with us as the Planit-Haus Intern, and proved herself to be a quick learner and team player who was enthusiastic for any task, no matter how menial. She quickly rose through the ranks to her current position of Sleeping Partner, (it would be a misnomer to call her “Silent”!) These days Nora is resting on her laurels and supervising the team to ensure all work is done with an appropriate amount of dynamo enthusiasm. If you hear a gentle snoring in the background on a conference call, it is our Sleeping Partner’s seal of approval…
